RETURNS
Each MAISON RAFFIA piece is made to order in our Dubai Atelier, therefore MAISON RAFFIA accepts limited returns and exchanges.
UAE ORDERS:
MAISON RAFFIA offers free returns on all UAE orders. If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact our customer care at customercare@maisonraffia.com within 10 days of receipt to request a return authorization number and shipping label.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
- Full price items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be sent within 5 days from receiving the shipping label and received unworn, and in the same conditions as sent.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all hang tags still attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
-All items purchased on sale or with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
- All online exclusives, custom-made items, pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
- MAISON RAFFIA cannot accept returns or exchanges on MAISON RAFFIA products that were purchased at any store or vendor other than MAISONRAFFIA.COM
Please note: Any returns or exchanges that are unauthorized, received past our shipping window, or are damaged, worn, or missing the original hangtags upon arrival will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
REFUNDS
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

- Two or more discount codes and/or promotions cannot be combined on any order.
